The Government has published the Draft Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union; and a Joint Statement and outline of the Political Declaration on the future relationship between the United Kingdom and the European Union, as agreed at negotiators’ level. The Government has also published additional materials to support understanding of these documents.

The Government has also published guidance on Customs, excise, VAT and regulatory changes there is no deal. this is part of a broader “partnership pack” to help organisations to prepare for changes at the UK border in this event.
