The Office of Tax Simplification has published letters sent to Financial Secretary to the Treasury Jane Ellison and to Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond, in response to their respective Autumn Statement correspondence.

The letters set out how the OTS intends to make progress on a number of issues, including Making Tax Digital and proposals relating to the alignment of income tax and NICs.
